JWT & Gforce are the only Ecu upgrades I have basically heard of on the ORG. My computer may have sh*t the bed. I'll find out in a few days for sure. If I need to replace it, I am definitely going with something aftermarket with some HP gains. Any reccomendations?

Ok, so I'm under the impression that aftermarket Ecu's aren't Ecu's at all. Are they all just upgrades & add-on's that solder into your existing computer? I may need to replace my whole computer, so is there any aftermarket unit that REPLACES my stock ECU? BTW, I have a 95 SE 5spd

JWT and GForce modify a stock ECU, so you will need a working stock ECU, OR they can provide one for you, but it will cost you about 2x as much. Your best bet is to find an ECU for your car, you're looking at $150-200 there, and THEN send it to JWT or GForce for modification.

If you are interested I know a guy in Georgia selling a JET ECU, I paid $360 for it and that was about 6 months ago. I returned it to him SOLELY because of the fact that I thought it had a raised red line (thought it was JWT not JET) and I need that raised redline. If I did not need the raised redline I would DEFINATELY have kept it. Despite what people on here may say, that ECU gave noticeable gains, I used it in my car for 2 days (don't tell him that). His name is Goliath on the .org, he doesn't post much, if at all, but he is a nice guy and an honest guy if you are just looking for a new ECU and yours is non-working, buying from him may be a good idea. Another cost effective option may be to get a used ECU, for $150-200 as stated above and then get in on Cheston's group deal, which I believe is GForce ECU for $380. So you'd be looking at $530-580 there. Option 3) Cheston is selling his CUSTOM GForce ECU for $560 I believe, it's programmed a little more agressively than the "normal" GForce program is.
