Need advice on interior squeaks and rattles

Ok, I got my 1998 Max(used) about a year and a half ago. I'm not sure if I'm just beginning to notice them but my dash and front two doors rattle quite a bit. It seems like some small pieces here and there. Maybe some loose screws? What's the best way to isolate and remove these Nissan noises? I frequently find myself reaching and contorting to find the sources while I'm driving on the freeway. So, if anyone can enlighten me please help me out before I end up on the evening news.

doesnt hurt to remove the panels and look for loose things, I did that and also put duct tape on various places to try to prevent things from moving around. Look to see if those foam blocks havent fallen off adn rattling against something and I also tightened all the 10mm bolts in there just to see if it helps. I only have one more rattle that I only hear when my bass hits
