Where can I get red/clear tails for a 95 gxe and how much will they cost? I checked custom maxima and they only have them for 97-99.

they are not out for the 95/96, but you might and i stress might be able to find someone on ebay sellin them

also, if you don't see the red/clears for sale, keep an eye out for a set of outer clears tails and you can paint them. if you are extremely lucky you can find a set on ebay. but if your like me you might as well just wait until CustomMaxima comes out with them in January of 2003...hopefully.

You could do this, which in my opinion is a much better look.
If you can't find the tape just use the paint from testors, it works just as well.

I got my red/Clear tail lights Professionally painted you cant Even tell the Diff, Get them clear then ask an Auto body shop if they could paint it for you.

if i didnt have the clear/reds i would do one of two things:

1) be very very patient and buy a used set of DavidL tails

2) buy a set of all clear(readily availible on the net) and paint them yourself

Thanks these are some pretty neat ideas but I think I'm gonna just take it the easy way and wait for custom maxima.com to come with them-probably in Jan 03 I heard

i'd got to a junk yard get the inner lense from a 97-99 and order the red\clears from custom maxima on the $150.00 shipped GD and you get a red\clear full conversion.

That is correct, that method would require a new trunk lid.
