Bad performance

Ok so I was at the track today and ran some really crappy times. I have a 95 auto with a test pipe, cat-back and intake. I had a 2.47 60' and a 16.09 1/4 time. WHY? I've seen a 99 auto run a 15.1 with just y-pipe and intake? Someone please help!

I think its your knock sensor. Does the tach climb strong and smoove, or does it have little bumps sometimes?
