Y-pipes, No Bees, Read!!!

How many people have y-pipes but hate the bees in the can commonly associated with the stillen, cattman, etc. products. I am currently in contact with someone in the process of machining y-pipes that are nearly exact to stillen's product. The only diffenrence is the fact that we are using ball joint piping instead of flexjoint piping which not only is less expensive but also ELIMINATES BEES IN THE CAN. All we need is 20 orders to begin production, so if anyone is interested in this amazing product, please email me at CMballer75@aol.com and give me your name and phone number so that we can contact you by phone and verify your order. I will be posting a price as soon as I get an exact estimate but I can say this, it will undercut Stillen's $350 price tag by at least fifty dollars.

re: beat that

I did say at least $50 under stillen, I may very well be able to come down in the budget price range for a much much higher quality product.

The prices on their site are Canadian dollars, and include shipping.

$250 CAD x .65 = $162.50 USD

MPInfinite99GLE-

Cattman tried this 3 years ago. It didn't work. It caused nasty interior vibrations and the joints cracked over a short time. This is not an ideal setup and Cattman got rid of it. I have pity for anyone that decides to buy one of these "balljoint" y-pipes. They're only asking for problems.

balljoints!!!!!!!!! thats like 1950's gm technology!....flex couplers are used because they are the only effective means of absorbing vibration.......using the proper flex (with an inner braid) eliminates any buzzing or whistling sounds...

Lovin the budget

I've got a y-pipe and y-pipe only. I have had the budget for about a month now and still love it. I had a dyno this weekend and put 163hp & 165 ft/lbs of torque to the ground with an automatic. The y-pipe is my ONLY mod. No intake, no exhaust, nothing. We had a 99 SE 5-Speed dyno as well and he was at 165hp (forgot his torque) to the ground. Whenever I get my tranny swap, that number should increase .
