I just bought my Blizzak tires, and I have the SE 16" 5 spoke wheels. I bought the same size tires as were already on there - 205/55/16.

From my understanding if you have 255 size tires they will be worst in the snow because they create a snowboard type effect. I would suggest you go with the stock size tires of 205.

rotf = roll on the floor. lighten up, dude. I ran out to my car to confirm that I have 205x65s and got caught up with something before I could post again.

sorry if I offended you.

Stock size for a 16" rim is 215/55 not 205.

Hmmmm... weird. 205 is what I bought mine with (although I bought it used, so the last person could have just put 205 on instead).

Firestone's computer recommended a 205 for me in the Blizzak.

205 was ok for your stock rim.
It was 16X6.5 (most poeple think that it was 16x7)

205 or 215 for a 6.5 width in the winter is the best.
You will need it "tighter" on the width to avoid sliding around.

If you keep your 16x6.5 you will LOVE the 225/50/16 set up.

btw. just don't mention 255 unless you have a rim width of 9in.
