Resonator or no resonator?

I am planning on getting an a new exhaust system. But i cant decide whether to get the warpspeed b-pipe with a resonator or without one. I am getting a warpspeed y pipe and probably a dynomax ss muffler. I want it to sound good but not to loud and i think it may be to loud without the resonator. Any suggestions? Another question does anyone know what size the stock exhaust is on a 96 max?

If you take out the resonator it's going to be real loud. Just get the warpspeed b-pipe with the resonator and I think that your exhaust should have a nice low throaty sound.
