questions on auto zone parts

i work at auotzone and being a poor college student and with discount i was considering buying some things from them rather than oem. first is brake pads. i wouldnt use their valuecraft, or albany brakes for paper weights, so i ordered beck arnley pads for the rears. in searching i only really heard of one incident with them. i dont do any extreme driving or anything so i was wondering what kind of comments there are on these pads. next thing was their deutsch fuel fliters. anyone have any experiences with these. i know not to use fram, after really looking into fram products i even feel bad selling them to ppl. any thoughts are appreciated. thanks

Re: questions on auto zone parts

Auto Zone sells Rebestos Quiet Stop brake pads. They are suppost to be low in dust and really quiet. the only down side is they are semi matalic so they will eat at your roter quicker then other pads. Also they are not the good when they are cold. Sorry i dont have any info on the pads you bought, but you could prob get these when you have to reaplace your fronts.
