wwhen i start my car after it sits for a bit in the cold, it seems to want to not start. it starts up and then the rpm goes nuts. it revs up and drops mad low, then back up and then low again. after bout a minute or so, its fine or if i tap the gass. is this normal? if not please tell me wht to do?
