Airbag Suspension Vs. Spring / Strut Suspension

Are airbags more for show or are they comparable to a good Spring / Strut combination when it comes to handling???

If it's a daily driver, better go with coilovers or struts/springs. If it's a show car, it's a show car. You going to trailer the car to the shows anyway.

Generally speaking, air bags give a somewhat mooth ride (as long as you dont set them too low) but very poor handling. They are too soft and to poorly damped to provide decent cornering.

This is an all show, no go mod.

That's info I was afraid of... I'm currently on GC's with AGX and like the idea of bags. I like being able to slam the car whenever but if I have to give up the stiffness, I think I'll pass...

Thanks...

I used to drive airport city-like buses that had airbag suspension.... "kneeling bus" Bags would burst every now and then...and that side drops to the ground!
