Denso Plugs for VQ30DE. IK20 or IK16? or Should I go NGK?

The repair shop I went to did a curtesy 50 point check-up and said I need plugs.
I've been researching and I know I want Platinum or Iridium, but would enjoy spending much less than $16 a peice for NGKs at Autozone... Nopi.com has the Densos pretty cheap $9.97 ea. But I don't know whether I should get the IK20s or IK16s.
On my bill it says I have the VQ30DE as opposed to that other one... uh?... VE30DE?

so... 1) IK20 or IK16? 2) Is that a good price? 3) Should I continue to try and find some inexpensive NGK's instead?

You have a VQ30DE.

The best plugs for our cars are the OEM spec'd NGK platinums. Just shop around for the best price on those.

You can use the copper NGKs as well, but they have half the service life of platinum (30k miles instead of 60k miles).
