hey man....

I see you have progress springs you get hated on here because everyone swares by Eibach,Intrax,H&R etc,but I really like mine I got them from lightningmotorsports.com for only $180.00 which to me was a steal,my prob is now I did not put in new srtuts and it bounces a little I was in a hurry to get it lowered but I have learned the hard way but income tax time I am getting some KYB GR-2's from tirerack.com at a good price.....plus I will paying to get them installed twice was stupid excitement on my part....instead of getting both springs and struts installed together instead of double install fees....

Dont take any **** from people who dont like our springs. I think they are great and the same as the other brands. Why dont you try doing the strut install yourself to save cash. I installed my springs myself. It is kinda hard but can be done if you have a friend help you. You could do it in a day if you had the right tools. Email me if your have an questions.

I think 40 ft-# is the maximum. Mine is set at 38 ft-#.

Yeah with mine on 30 i hear a little noise. So maybe its too loose. What about the shocks in the back? Same setting?

put 40#'s on all of them front and back to be safe.....we are progress defenders.....to me springs are springs it is the strut that makes the ride that's why it is aslo called a shock to reduce the shock of road bumps and such,

I have stock struts and shocks on right now and they feel fine. Maybe people are very picky about how smooth their ride is. Or maybe its just cause i have liquid shocks.

Factory specs are 29-40 lb/ft. for the three strut tower bolts, and 43-58lb/ft. for the middle bolt that holds the strut to the car. I've heard of people breaking off the three tower studs from over torquing, so I've torqued mine to 32 and left them there. No problems so far.
