cheap way to get a cold air intake

i was low on money and i wanted a cold intake to help my nitrous alittle. so heres what i did. all you need is a stock airbox and a 92-95 civic short ram intake and a drimel tool.i took the airbox and cut the part that the stock air tube fits over out. then i used the drimel tool to flaten the other side and round up the edges. that makes your adpters for your mass airflow sensor. i then took out all the stock air intake peices and fitted the civic intake onto the throtlebody adn i didnt spell that right but oh well.teh civic intake will fit down like the injen cold air intake does. once you get teh adpter bolted onto the the mass airflow sensor you connect it to the civic intake. if you did it like i did then you will have the intake almost to hte ground. just as low as the bottom of the car. well you will notice that the connecter for the mass airflow sensor will not react to the mass airflow sensor now. all you have to do is pill back so of the loom and it will react. if by soem wierd reason it doesnt react then you might need to exstend the wires. if anybody needs any help let me know. i will try to post a picture of my intake tomorrow i cant find my digital camera. good luck i hope everybody can get that 7.2 horse at the wheels that i got. its makes a difference.
