Best gap for NGK Coppers

Best gap for NGK Coppers

Parts store told me .44 Is that a good setting for a NA Max?

Yes this is the proper gap for this plug it coincides with the original platinum that came with the car

Our cars originally came with platinum..?

If that's so true, then why are the copper plugs so much better?

The best gap is between .039-.043, that's what it says in the HAYNES I think. I just put my coppers in and had the gap on all of them around .042...
