i'll have some pictures of this in a few months, the people at www.decah.net and www.madmods.com may be adding a helping hand.

It's funny that he doesn't have any pictures of cars with the mod itself. And he's just selling instructions on how to do it. Based on his record, it looks like he bought it off the original guy selling the instructions. Kind of pathetic.

My friend is doing this to his Lexus IS300. He priced it out at $5K in just parts. He's getting the real parts from Lamborghini, the hinges anyways and a shop is modifying them to fit his car.

the other guys are right, Lambo doors on a maxima of all cars will look silly, let alone any 4-door car.

Gull wing(Delorean style) doors on the other hand would look kinda hott.

I think suicide doors would look cool on a max, not very practical, but cool. The whole lambo/jackhammer/swinging/what ever you want to call it style would only look good if the rear doors were eliminated.

YEAH! Just like the Rx 8 , Just shave the rear handles and pop em with the handle form the inside.
Considering you could use the same hinge with a little welding to revese things it could fit somehow......
The would just need to come open full 90degrees- swing so you could look or hop straight inside.

Did you click on the link and look at the rest of the pics? He's not a tiny asian man.

I imagine he's on the "It's better to look good than to 'work' good" side of things.

Noone jumped on you buddy, I only made a statement. Obviously you aren't asian, so you have no room to talk. I dont care if you live in china, you cannot say that it makes you more asian or therefore less likely to be offended. so grow up and watch ur mouth.

let's cut the arguing out, this thread is most likely on it's way to getting locked as it is. getting back to the car, once again, a case of form over function.

Oh, and thank you willis for pointing out the obvious for me.
