Im still working on learning stick...namely starting off on hills/inclines and downshifting to pass....but its only been a day. Its raining horribly here so pics will have to wait until tomorrow...! Thanks for the welcome! Once i actually pay for the car, then the modding begins!

What money you have in your wallet.......account...........trust fund........etc.......will soon be gone. Dont worry, its ok. As long as you only use it for mods, gas money, getting the bottle filled......track fees.......

I think modding your max is more addicting than crack.

Resistance is futile.

Heres my 1 day impressions =) :
Its been pouring here but handles quite well. Im learning today how to drive stick and it seems pretty easy on the Max. Squealing tires in second is always fun! Anyways, very quiet car and nice. The bass in the Bose system cant keep up at high volumes but thats about my only nitpick with the car!

so why did you 2 get rid of your 626? Is there anything wrong w/the 626 v6 5sp? I'm looking onto those cuz 5sp maximas are rare...just keeping options open.

I will never buy another Mazda again. It started having problems like crazy. Transmission was about to go when i sold it at 86k miles. $2k in repairs in the first year....it was the end of that one! DONT BUY ONE! Theyre not near as reliable as Maximas and the parts are much more...wait for the Maxima, its in a while different league!
