I am dying for a body kit right now but my bank account is showing me otherwise. Should I buy a used (already painted) stillen lip ONLY? I don't want the car to look uneven... but then again i'm hoping that w/ a black car it'd look better because the shadow of the car underneath would kinda even it out.. lol u kno what i mean?

Does anyone have a superblack w/ only a stillen lip?? If so... can you post some side, and front/side angle shots please... i'd like to get an idea. The rounded front of my max is really startin to bug me... i need some aggression added to the look. I also have eibach springs so i'm hoping grounding out wouldn't be a problem. Thanks for any feedback!

 

dont think you'll have any problems with clearance - there are many people on that just have the stillen lip on w/o the sides- it looks good, but i would rather have the complete kit.

 

hey nadir, i only have the front lip and my car is super black and i bought it used and the paint scrapes and cuts and other blemishes match my car perfectly and it has a coupla bottom out marks and it looks like it's been on my car since day 1 and thats how well it matches

Sorry, no pics of just the front lip. I installed the whole body kit 2 years ago by myself using the instructions in the How2 section of MaximaDriver.com

 

Every time I see a nice and clean black max, ...I wish my car could be black.. I have dark green...close, but no cigar.

I heard from one NorthWestNissan member that the RCMP in Richmond, B.C. are cracking down on customized cars by handing out VI's (vehicle inspections) and these cost $90 a pop. My old workbuddy got one on his tricked up Civc a month ago in Ladner, B.C.
The po-po's hand them out on stupid things like an aftermarket muffler or missing front amber reflectors. As I drive in that neighbourhood at least once a week I'm leaning towards putting the amber fronts back on.

 

tried......cardomain is still down. I love the look of my car after I do A real nice wax job on her...she turns almost black. Is there any carwax, or maybe clearcoat that is colored to darken a car color?
