I don't know about those lights, but I don't buy lights from ebay anymore. Lights are usually cheap on ebay because they are no name brands and they burn out in a day.

the lights are on the tires valve that screws in. as the wheel turns they turn on. they don't work in the day (they have a little solor panel that detects light) they look kinda cool the first time you see them, but i wouldn't put them on my max. cops will love them

I put the blue ones on my car a few weeks ago, i haven't seem them work becuase NO ONE else drives my car but they are made by Hyper and seem to be good, just make sure you shake it in your hand to make sure you put the batteries in right.

Try this link: http://store.yahoo.com/fusevsl/index.html

I saw a little video clip showing them here: http://sandiegostreetracing.com/products/fuse/fuse.asf (9.98MB)

I'm thinking of getting blue ones, but yea, it makes police cops heads turn quick.

I hope they have some kind of lock on them or else your gonna make some kids on bicyles very happy when they see those lights flashing. They stole my little corny chrome valve covers in a day. I could just imagine their drooling faces when they see you pull up. lol!! good luck

I saw the ad for it on bicycle wheels as a safety measure but never thought I'd put it on cars.

Too bad you couldn't turn them on and off

That would be cool passing people on the highway, but will definately draw some unwanted attention.
