Does swapping the ECU for a 99SE work wonders for your car? Do i have to swap out with the same year ECU? I got a 98 gxe and if the limit is higher that would be alot more fun.Or i can go with a 97 or a 99 SE ECU? And how come your GXE can only go 120. I already did atleast a half dozen run up to 133+ mph at night. That's with or without my 18" rims
