Roast em.....

The Prelude only has 195hp @ 7000, and (156, DAMN)tq @ 5250
0-60 in 7.5.
I think you can toast him, do you know if he has any surprises up his sleeve. (NOS by any chance.)

Type SH

I think the Type SH 5-speed is good for 7 flat, or 6.9. The fastest Prelude was the 93-96 VTEC - C&D (I think) ran a 6.5 0-60 with it.
Anyway, my answer is no, don't race. If you had the 5-speed, I would have said give it a go. But since it's a Prelude, chances are it's modded, which means you are almost guaranteed to lose.

It's not modded cuz he doesn't seem to know much about cars, his tailpipe is all messed up and no, it's not one of those 6.5 60mph, it's a later model, I agree with the 7.5 six o time, wish me luck! I'll need it!

Good Luck

You could probably give him a run for his money. Lookin' at your sig you can probably walk him half the way.

Just race him man. You won't know if you don't try. And who cares if you lose, you win some, you lose some. That's how it is.

I beat one in my 96 Auto with the JWT intake-->>

also another Auto Max without the intake beat him at the same time.. BUT once you get above 70 it's basically over for you.. The second Prelude I raced I beat him thru 60 but after ~75 he started pulling away easilly.. So it depends on how far you plan on racing..
