Foglights keep busting!

Well, for some reason, my foglights keep burning out, whether it be aftermarket bulbs or stock bulbs. It doesnt matter if it is 35 watts or 100 watts. One bulb always seems to blow. This is the third time its happened, never both at the same time, always one or the other. Does anyone else get this? Is there something wrong with the wiring? I want to buy some real nice aftermarket foglight bulbs to match my HIDs, but not if they are gonna keep burning out. What should I do, thanks in advance.

Maybe fresh air is not getting in there to cool down the bulb. Check the rubber tubing which brings in the air.

This is common sense, but make sure you don't touch your bulbs when installing them. If you do, clean em with alcohol. The oil from your hands will cause the bulb to blow.

Good Luck

Ill check the hoses, sounds like a good start, since every bulb I have changed seems to have "exploded". Its difficult enough to place the bulb in place with such little area to work with, but I do make sure to keep my oily hands away form the bulb, if they do tough I do clean. If anything the metal touches the bulb the most with all the fidgeting I have to do to get it in place, but that shouldnt be a problem. Regardless, 3 times!??! ANd on both sides, not just one, I wish it was just one side so I knew that it specifically was a problem on that side. But its both, and never at the same time. Such p00p!

both of my aftermarket fog lights blew after about 1 month of being installed.
i didn't make contact with any object to the bulbs and they still BOTH blew, at the same time.
seems kinda weird to me.
im just going to put the stock ones back cause i don't wanna waste money on them.
