Ive got the same interior, and my car is SE too. I got the dash kit cause it makes the interior look very luxurious. Of course its gonna make it look good cause all the colors blend well together. I didnt think aluminum or CF would look good. Just my .02

Dont know the brand, got it off ebay, around 100 bux. Looks real nice, very good upgrade "mod", I think it added a couple of HP's , but seriously, it does make the interior look real luxurious. Look around ebay, they got some nice selections. =) I got a pic if you are interested in seeing what mine looks like.

I also have a tan interior and the only upgrades i can think of is to go towards the luxury route and swap in some leather seats(if you dont already have some)and a nice wood dash kit. I saw an aluminum kin in a tan interior of a camry (not a good example ) but it did not mesh together IMO. My ideas is to just paint or get my interior done in katskin (white with blue accents to match my possible new blue paint job. Having a tan interior does not scream performance or sporty in my oppinion.

A pic of my kit is shown in this thread toward the end.

Hope this helps.

a while back i saw a pic of an aluminum kit on the tan interior of a max, everyone in that thread agreed that it did look pretty good. the other idea is to get that spray stuff that dyes the tan another color, it is supposed to work pretty well, i think it may even work on leather (but i would not do leather seats, just the steering wheel...).

this thread should help. look for the post by klubjunkee. i used search to find this info.

personally i don't think silver provides good contrast with tan and the interior remains kinda bland and pale, but to each his own.

i'm stuck with the tna dash also. What i was thinking of doing is painting the vents and speaker grills black, and then making some of the dash black. I think that if i got black and tan leather seats, it would go good together. I'm not sure about the door panels and carpeting. I know you can buy replacement carpet as one whole unit, just take out seats, etc. and lay it down. But as fars as the door panels go, i think i just might swap them from another max.

I have had a glue-on wood dash for a while now. I think it makes the interior look sooo much better, compared to the plain-looking white. But, over time, with sun exposure, the wood trim has started to fade a bit. Does anyone know how to remove the wood trim so that I can add another set thats not faded?
