Q? Will these Interior Speakers fit My Max, link inside

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=18799

i read our interior speakers are 6 3/4 all around and that 6 1/2 speakers that are oversize will also fit, is this true,
these speakers sound good but they are 6 1/2 , i do not want to buy the wrong speakers if they wont fit, has anyone else put 6 1/2 speakers in their max, any adapter required or is it an exact fit?

are they the same size speakers all around , thanks for any help

I have 6 1/2 all around and I had to modify the mounting holes on the speakers so they would fit the car. the proper way is to get the brackets that crutchfield has but my way works fine.

i am not 100% sure about the rears, but i know for a fact that the front door speakers are regular 6.5" speakers since my adire speakers fit in with no mods. i still have not made wooden (MDF) baffels, but would suggest making them if you are haveing troubles fitting speakers, they are much better than anything crutchfield sells.

i know for a fact that these will fit in front doors or back of your car. Stock, everything is 6.5 but you can also fit 6X9's if you install them from underneath the trunk instead of pulling out the back seat. that's what i did on first max...

regular 6.5 inch speaker will fit two of the three holes - all you have to do is drill in a third one and your in business......i know that rockford fosgate offers 6.5 oversized speakers
