Daytime running lights...

I always wanted daytime running lights on my car, but the car never came with them. So I decided to add them. I always liked how the Chevy Corvette has the daytime running lights in the front bumper blinkers. So I decided to use my front bumper blinkers as well, instead of my headlights. Tell me what you think.

It would look better with clear corners and also redo the link.

I did not like the way my clear coners look on my cars color. I like the stock ones better. Also the link is fixed.

Thanks

How did you accomplish this? also under what conditions are they illuminated? I'd like to get something wired so the foglights are used as the DRL's.. I wonder if that is possible?

I just went to the fuse panel, and found a fuse that got current when I turned the key to ACC2. So I ran a wire from under the dash to a small relay that I put in under the hood. And hooked up my bumper lights to the realy. So everytime I turn the key to ACC2, the bumper lights come on. One more thing, I replaced my 1156 bulb sockets, with 1157 sockets in the bumper lenses. You should be able to use your foglights as DRL's with no problem.

I thought we had daytime running lights. It takes two clicks to turn on our headlights doesn't it?
