nice kit???

thats the ugliest thing i've ever seen!! it looks as if someone took sheers to a sheet of aluminum in their garage, and took some sheet-rock screws and created a disaster. i mean, it comes down to personal opinion, but i think that the if you really want to change to the trim, the carbon fiber looks MUCH better - just my 2 cents

That's my car and the kit pictured is the prototype. New kit has a different finish, it's brushed instead of satin. I'll have pics up sometime soon of the new production pieces. We made some changes to the kit, such as combining the clock piece and climate control piece for a smoother look. The rivets are there because it's a prototype, the production kit will not have them unless you want them. They are there because it took about 5 different prototypes to get a perfect fit. This kit fits much better than the JT kit. I used to have the JT kit and this kit originally used that kit as the template, then modifications were made for a better fit. And ladymaxima, you're entitled to your opinion and I'm entitled to mine. To me carbon fiber trim is beyond played out, everyone and their brother has a carbon kit. But if you want carbon, that's your perogative, at least it's cheap. BTW, the kit is far from being cut with shears, it's CNC machined and then hand sanded to finish it. I'm selling the kit since I'm an authorized dealer for the company producing them and the intro price is $225, later on the price will be $250. Legendfive will also carry the kit, but their price is going to be near $400 for the same thing. Perfect Image Creations is their supplier also.

Ewwww....!!!!!!

That is one UGLY kit!!! Get a nicer brushed aluminum or synthetic aluminum kit that does not have screws, bulge out, and actually fit!

Like I said before, those are really bad pics. It's true, I wouldn't buy a kit based on those pics either. It actually didn't bulge like that, but for some reason the pictures made it look like it did. And the fit is really good, there are absolutely no gaps. Hopefully the new pics will better reflect how the kit fits when viewed in person. Someone on this page has purchased one, and hopefully when he gets it and installs it, he will post pics. At least that way it won't be just me trying to convince people that those are just bad pics since obviously I have a stake in this. If anyone wants to see the work this company has done on other cars, go to their site at http://www.perfectimagecreations.com Those cars show the true work that this company does. They're not Maximas, but you get an idea of what this shop is capable of.

dash kits

hey guys, i can put an end to this when i get my kit. i just ordered the new one and as soon as it comes in i will post pics and give comments. i had the JT kit and don't like the kit because i don't belive the kit fits good enought. i am a person who belives details make the difference and hopefully this kit will have the detail the JT kits don't.

I could go either way...

If the screws were placed just right, it might look cool. Remember the Audi TT's interior? The screw placement made it look pretty sweet.

Say piopremier, what'd you do with your JT dash?
