How can I tell if my max is a 99.5 (1/2)?????

How can I tell if my max is a 99.5 (1/2)?????

I know my 99 was made in 1/99.......and hit the dealer at 3/99, so is it a 99.5???? How can I tell if it is or not and if it is, is anything really that different????

Obviously you already think it is by judging on your sig.

1.Do you have SE limited badges on your front doors?
a. if you do then 99.5
b. if you dont then 99

2.Do you have SE limited(SE-L) floor matts up front?
a. if you do then 99.5
b. if you dont then 99

3.Do you have titanium gauges, wheels?
a. if you do then 99.5
b. if you dont then 99

Well it is then cause I got all that....sorry about not searching, its been a long day today.......(worked 10 hours).

99 SE's are 99's....99 SE-L's are the 99.5's

SE-L is a trim package. It does not designate 99.5!

The 99.5's or so there called is a 99 Maxima with California Spec Emissions. We have different Y pipes and ECU's then the rest of the 4th gen crowd. They were made all throughout 1999 and are now know as the 99.5 model.

It has nothing to do with the Limited trim package. There are guys on here that have 99.5's with California spec emissions that do not have the Limited trim package that was availavle in 99. When you look up the change, it's in the emissions, not the trim.

Guess you should have asked a guy that had a 99....
