How much torque do i need to apply for a FSTB?

How much torque do i need to apply for a FSTB?

Does anyone know how much torque? Any suggestions would be appreciated. And by the way its a BOMZ brand bar.

The strut tower bolts should be tightened to around 30 ft/lbs. If you strip one if these bolts, you are screwed. As for the tightness of the bar holding the struts, I just tightened it till it was too hard to do anymore using pliars to turn. It is very tight. I'm not sure though if you should make it that tight, or just tight enough so it no longer has play.
