B-Pipe numbers added to a 99 SE-L with Y pipe and Intake

I am thinking about buying a B-pipe for my 99 SE-L and was wondering what people think if you have them. I currently have a Budget Y, and am getting a Frankencar shortly. I want to have a quiet car so I will keep my stock muffler. Would I feel a difference if I added a B-Pipe? Also, is there a performance difference between one with a resonator and one without?
Thanks,
Dan

P.S. The brand I am thinking about is Warpspeed.

I had Stillen Y, RT cat and stock catback to start with and went to Stillen catback. With the more free flow, I did notice a drop in bottom end with the drop in back pressure. It was too loud for me and drones too much. After I put a resonator on the Stillen B-pipe, the back pressure improve and gave my car more "kick" and it also sounds so much, so much better. Now it actually sounds great with the Stillen muffler. A lot of people say a B-pipe doesn't improve very much. I got it so I can have a complete exhaust system.

If you keep your stock muffler, then the B-pipe won't make much of a noise difference. Greg Prete had a modified courtesy b-pipe with a resonator and then switched to a Stillen which does not have a resonator and he didn't notice a noise difference... as long as you keep the stock muffler.

The B-pipe should help out a little, but probably something you won't really feel. But people also claim to get slightly better gas milage.
Also, budget makes a B-pipe and I think it's only around $200 CAD or $130 US.
