What lowering springs?

Im looking to lower my max, and I was wondering which springs are the best to go with. Or would it be better to use Ground Control coilovers. That is what I used on my civic, and I loved the ride, and the fact that I could raise and lower the car whenever. But with my 92 accord, I just put 2" Intrax lowering springs, and even with 4 adults in the car, it road as the car was at stock height. As I also notice, more maxi's go with springs. i dont know where to start or look, so I wanted to see if some of you guys out there can stear me in the right direction. Please any help would be greatly appriciated.
thanks

Ground controls is a good way to go and they are not as harsh imo. As long as you upgrade the shocks then your fine. What I have is a 1.6" drop on Apex springs as seen in my sig below. Lowest drop without coilovers would be sprint springs with a 2" drop
