has anyone had experience with these sites?
http://www.spoilerdepot.com for a spoiler - it would cost me 230 to have it shipped to me, painted.

http://www.discounttiredirect.com/ for alloy rims. it would cost me 336 to have them shipped.

Discount Tire Direct is a very respectable company. I've never heard anything about spoiler depot though

check www.car-part.com ... you will be able to find a used spoiler cheaper with the same color as your car
