clutch leak? Please help

a few days ago my clutch on my 95 max started feeling like there was air in the lines. The pedal feels like there is nothing until about half way down. However when I look at the clutch control arm it is still moving when it feels like there is no clutch. When I checked the fluid it was bone dry. I haven't checked the fluid in a while so I don't know how fast it happened but I can't find a leak anywhere. I bled the system like crazy and it didn't get any better. It doesn't seem to be getting worse, and the fluid isn't noticably going down anymore. Cound this be something other than a leak? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks stevo

new clutch

I know that I need a new clutch, but would that cause the pedal to feel like that?

So you think your clutch hydraulics is leaking? It is possible but did you see any spots a long the lines where there is brake fluid? It might have been low in the first place.
