Okay so this summer I'm going to have some money to spend on my car, hopefully about 1k. I wanted to do the suspension, but I also wanted to add some more power. I have a PR CAI, and pulleys. I was wondering how I could increase my TORQUE? I know there are things out there to increase my HP (MEVI, Exhaust system, and such) but wouldn't that decrease or not go up for the torque? I'm mainly going to be cruisin, I hardly ever hit 4.5k or above in the RPMs. I wanted some more torque for cruisin power. I need to get a clutch and flywheel soon (83k miles now after I've put my first 1K learning stick), and I also think I'll get cam gears. Any suggestions? I know this is kinda hard to understand, messy and all. Thanks.

 

Fix or replace all worn parts first. Then a nice shot of laughing gas.
