I've noticed that they are offered on Ebay now, either with a genuine K&N filter for around $90-$110, or with the crappy generic filter for around $50.
The pipe is aluminum, and it seems complete...
My question is, Has anyone got one installed yet? Did you end up drilling a 3.0" hole for the unit to go through the inner fender? Did the pipe clear everything? Did it fit well, and does everything work correctly? Does the quality seem decent?
Thanks for any input!

I installed my bomz CAI about 3 weeks after they first appeared on the .org. I love it. I went froma generic cone filter to the CAI and I noticed some gain. It fit fine and yes, I did have to drill a 3" hole behind the battery. I have been using it for a little more than a month and its great.
