PHOTOSHOP....Side sills onto my i30....

Interested in seeing what my i30 would look like with just side sills, ionic, stillen, sarona, any (or all) of them. Please use the pic in my sig. I am trying to decide if I can get away with them alone without a front lip!

Thanks!!

I guess. But A.) I never heard that term ever before, and B.) I don't think Maxima side skirts fit on an I30.

Why wouldn't the Maxima side skirts fit the I30?

The roof and floor structures are the same. Its obvious we have the same doors. I know the front fenders are different due to the different front end but I would imagine the distance from wheelwell-to-wheelwell beneath the doors would be the same.

You might be right. I am sure the front and rear ground effects won't work but you might be right about the side ground effects.

Member I30CeFiRo 's I30

I30CeFiRo has a Maxima Stillen kit installed on his I30.
(pic edited from I30CeFiRo's site to meet size 50KB size requirement).

Not really a fan of dUbZ (because of the obvious 1 inch + increase in overall diameter vs stock (plus sizing gone to hell; simple arithmetic oWnZ j00!) but on his car dropped with the body kit, the wheels looks almost, almost proportional to the body height.

At any rate it looks like the Stillen Side skirts went on without any mods. Maybe go ask him?

Ok, I know already that the side skirts work. Didn't really need all the speculation, just the photoshop..

Now that you guys have all that ironed out, can someone try to photoshop the skirts on the white i30 pictured above onto mine?

Thanks!

If someone is more talented than I, they can probably fool with some of these pics. I think his name is SKY------ or something.

I think you could probably get away with the Stillen sides only... IMHO Sarona, Ionic and Skyline are all too much to do by themselves. They would look out of place with no front/rear.

JeffersonM. Good work man! I don't think I has to be perfect to get the idea of what we are looking for.

I am going to have to do this.

Fabulous, that is exactly what I was looking for! I think that the Stillen side skirts are understated enough to look good without the front lip. Wish the back bumper had a more agressive angle to it like the front does, but I think with a spoiler, it will look more balanced. And bigger wheels, anyone want to put that spoiler on my trunk and put on some gunmetal centerline RPM's??

Thanks!

Good job Jeff. I actually would have thought that it would have looked bad but it really isn't all that bad. I say that because the I30 nose is already lower than the sides so now it is more level. Unfortunately the rear is a lot higher though.
