After owning a 2k1 20th ann. full load for the last month, I'm shaking my head wondering why everyone wants the parts of a 2k1 20th ann that they don't have. Your maximas will still not be a 20th ann. even with all the parts. What's the point. This goes double for the mats.

because somethings nissan was stupid about and didnt offer on there non-20th aniversary cars... if it were up to me i would change my car for the 20th aniversary but i would end up losing too much money so i rather get the little "toys" and make myself feel better... i mean i would want taht limited slip differential and the perforated leather... looks cool.. my cousin got it on her gs...

what do you think about ur AE rims? do they look chrome or are they just like kinda a little more shinny... basically do you think they are worth it?

Nothin' like some simple OEM mods that can just bolt on (so to speak) to make the car more personalized!

Sounds like someones a little jealous that he isnt the only one with special ae stuff on his car. I would much rather have an AE too but would lose too much money on the trade... And im in no way tring to make my car an AE maxima but just make it look better. IF an after market company made these sills and the AE wasnt even available i would still buy them because they are SWEET and say maxima on them....
Ill probably buy the kit too

Hey Adam IM glad you like the sills. They look great on your Max. If we were trying to make our cars like the 20th Ann ed. we would include all the badging. I think adding some door sills that simply say Maxima doesn't qualify as a 20th wanna be. Anyone else interested can buy them from their local Nissan dealer part #'s 769B0-4Y903, 769B1-4Y903, 769B2-4Y903, 769B3-4Y903. They range anywhere from 15 to 25 dollars a piece.

Bitter that your AE Max won't be AS unique?

hey where

Where did you get your woodtrim? I got mine from Joshua Woodtree .dot, an maxima.org sponser, and i am very disappointed with them. They suck ***, yeah and what?

I have no woodtrim piece for my Bose unit and Auto climate control part, they send me another piece for the Non bose equipped cars and non equipped auto climate control models. I emailed telling them my problem and they basically said live with it. 150 dollars for the factory match woodtrim, never again will i buy **** from Joshua woodtrim .com nor would i reccomend others to buy from them.
I ordered the 11 piece factory match kit and have only made use of 9 pieces. Oh well.

Where did you get the wood trim? Do they make the 5-speed pieces as well? I got a Joshua kit and returned it since it didn't fit well.

I got the sills, 5-speed shift **** and AE mats from South Point and am very happen with these little touches!

I got the wood trim from Trimdash@aol.com aka Alkaplus.com
i emailed the guy and asked him if i could buy some individual pieces cuz i didnt want all the stuff from the kit cuz it would be tacky... The wood looks great and when sunlight hits it strait on it looks like a lexus..

I think i paid like 60 bucks for the center pieces you see in the pic and the clock piece, and the 4 vents...

I would never buy the carpet mats and pretend to have a 2001 AE, but the sill plates look classy. If you knew the aftermarket you'd know that billet aluminum pieces sell like hot cakes. The sills should be standard on all SE's. Also, the shifter is great and the dimming mirror are all nice additions to have. I agree that the floormats are probably not a good idea, but the rest just add class.

I have received the sill plates and the floor mats and my shifter is on the way. I will probably also get the body kit, the mirror and the headlights. With the exception of the mats, the rest will make my car look great. With the mats, I am not pretending to have an AE, but rather celebrating the 20th anniversary of the maxima. It's not like I am getting the key or the badging - I just like the extra colors in the mats and to me, it's a celebration of the 20th anniversary. The mats are no big deal, in my opinion and neither is most of the other stuff.
