Just bought an I30 engine, and need to know how much this thing weighs. I'm thinking like 350-400lbs? Sound accurate?
This is just the engine...no tranny.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

No way. It's not that heavy. I'd guess 250 give or take 25. What I do know is the VQ is 108lbs lighter than the old VG.

Yeah they were. The engine weighs around the same as an auto tranny and should be around what Neal was saying.
