I am trying to adjust my pacesetter sts and I am wondering if anyone know of an easy way to do this. I really dont feel like taking the whole thing apart and putting it back together any help would be appriciated. thank you

there's no easy way to do it, you have to pull the whole thing apart to move the white ball.

this is correct. you have to take the whole shifter loose to access the allen set screw in order to move the white ball.
