exhaust

I have a 97 Max and I want to install 2.5" piping for my exhaust system. Would it create a problem if the sensors are not plugged in?? Is it necessary??

Which part of the exhaust do you mean? Most aftermarket exhausts are 2.5" for the Maxima.

You'll definitely need to keep the O2 sensors. Two on the Y pipe and one after the cat.

I want to change all of it, the Y pipe and the cat-back. Do aftermarket exhausts come equipped with plugins for the sensors??
