Have you ship a body kit before? They do cost alot to ship. I think they were chargine $150 for shipping for the skyline kit. The sides and rear are over 6 feet long. Since they are fiberglass, they might have to be insured and be handle very carefully.

every piece of the body kit is quite large. in order to package it well you need to use large boxes and packaging material. they may not weight alot, but all shipping companies charge by dimensional weight past a certain size. this means that large and light boxes cost just as much to ship as large and heavy boxes, hence the large expense to ship them.
