strut mount and bearings...front only?

I'm going to the dealer tomorrow to pick up some new strut mount and bearings. Do I need them for the front only or does the rear also need to be changed? What I mean is I know the front strut has mount and bearing, but is it rear the same? As you can see I don't know too much about susupension.

rear has no bearings. fronts need them because of the steering movement that the struts have to follow.
