Here's one of the typical "what to do" posts that I see on motorcycle sites all the time. I have never been into modifying my cars/trucks, but a few goodies help keep it new feeling.

I would like to keep the $$$ low, nothing too crazy (N20).

For example:
Appearance items - Light covers, etc
Performance - K&N, suspension stuff, etc.

The car has 110000 miles on it. I still have the stock suspension. That is one area that could use some improvement. The steering also seems too nervous. I don't know if something there is worn, but it was check when I got new tires put on the front end and they didn't find anything wrong.

Please give me a few suggestions as to where I might spend my time searching this site.

Thanks,
Louis

Sounds good...

Thanks for the help. I'll start searching...

What are the best sites to buy these parts from?

You need to start with some chrome rims and f*** all that racing stuff. Then get yourself a couple TV's. A PS2 console, and some PIAA and Naxos lights all around.

Wheels...

I've seen those same wheels on a 4th generation maxima before. They look good. The car needed to be dropped a little though. There was too much space between the tire and fender. Do you have a side view of your car?

Re: Wheels...

I am in the process of getting some pictures taken. I have been waiting for the weather to clear up--it's been snowy and icy! It's hard to keep a car clean in that kind of weather!!!
