Hello..im about to purchase addco rear sway bar and was wondering if anyone has heard about it squeaking and making any weird noises. Also, if any of you have it, did u get it with rubber or polyurethane bushings and which bushings were more expensive. thanks

I have the urethane Addco bar. It works great no noise what so ever. The urethane bushings are stiffer, last longer, and are more expensive. I'd recommend spending the extra bucks on it. Btw... you can read my install instructions on Maxima.org.

Addco

Yeah the main drawback for the Addco is the bushings. That causes a delay before it actually starts working. The stiffer urethane bushings improve it somewhat, but it will never be as good as the Stillen.

I've had the addco bar in for about a month... its the coolest! for $119 I got the mod which stop my car from leaning almost completly. I have a friend who has the stillen installed and I can't tell the difference. The truth is that they both work exactly the same, but the stillen just starts to work a millionth of a second faster because of the bushings. I've had no noise and decided that they only reason that I would want to do any more suspension work would be to have to car look cool by being lower. My next handling mod will be wider rims and tires as my SE not can reach the limits of my toyos without leaning

Except for the fact that the Stillen unit is adjustable.

so is my addco one, you can adjust it by moving the bolt on the arms... but in either case, you'll never adjust it anyway
