Is there anyway that I can fit the stillen front lip for the 97-99 Maxima's for my 95? I like how that one looks more than the one for the 95-96's.

 

you should have done a search, this issue was brought up the other day...
But enough of me patronizing you.
yes you can put the 97-99 stillen lip on your 95-96 maxima, but you will have to get a new front bumper in order to do that, and some new clips... Headlights you should be fine with, but you will also probably need a new grill, either oem 97-99 or a trenz or some other custom grill.
