03 03 code after installing GForce

I got the 03 03 code after 2 days with the GForce on my car. What is a Front Left Heated O2 sensor? Is that for real, or just because I got the GForce? The CEL is really annoying me..... I dont want it on.

Also, how long is it supposed to take to notice gains? Will it be instant, or does it take a few days?

It sounds like you are running a bit lean. Clear the code first and see if it comes back. If it does, you may have to replace the front O2 sensor. The Gforce ECU will give you gains from the moment you plug it in. When you first plug it in though, it will throw some codes. This is normal. As it sets in to its new home, the gains will get better.

How much does an 02 sensor usually cost? I havent gotten another CEL, so I will have to wait a few days and see if it comes back.

I don't know anything about a GForce but I do know that when I had LH o2 heater error. I reset it and it did come back. CEL lamp is on now and I guarantee you its going to tell me the same thing.(just checked.....same error....LH o2 heater) No one ever answered my question about what a Gforce was, (thanks for the help) but I take it from the conversation it's a high performance ECU. The O2 sensor, can cost anywhere between 90 to 120 bux for a Nissan part and I have heard that the generic Bosche sensors will throw a code when NEW (not the same exact wiring configuration), so I will only replace mine with an original Nissan part. Courtesy Nissan wants 117.09 for the LH (front) drivers O2 sensor 95 to 98 model years. Kind of pricy I think, but I had a “friend in the muffler shop business” put my Y pipe on from Budget and twisted the wires to like a guitar string! Even though I left him explicit instructions on how to NOT LET THAT HAPPEN, that happened, AND he broke my crank position sensor (which has a bracket that the o2 sensor wires run thru, and it was physically broken into PIECES! Pretty good amount of stress I’d say) Well its all water under the DAM now so…….the bottom line is if you have to replace your o2 sensor you’re going to pay around 120.00 for a gen-u-wine Nissan part. OR maybe you can get a generic Bosche sensor to work....if you do let me know how.....OK? (they are ALLOT cheaper)
Good luck
