Hot/Cold indicator
I have a 95 SE. Lately, the water temperature guage is not moving much, so I guess my car's computer doesn't know when it has warmed up. That keeps my heater from becoming warm.
Could this be a sensor problem?
any ideas?

Your thermostat needs to be replaced. The sensor is working fine.
Actually there are 2 sensors, one for your gauge and one for the ECU.
Again, in your case, the sensors are fine, your thermostat needs to be replaced. The thermostat controls your engine coolant temp. When they go bad your car usually runs cold, especially in the winter, and you get little or no heat.

Replace your thermostat, you'll be suprised at how much quicker your car warms up and how much heat it can pump into the cabin.
