14's possible in Cali-Spec Auto NA ???

I was wondering if it would be possible to pull high 14's in a Cali-spec 99 auto with bolt ons. No nitrous, SC, TC, slicks or anything. Just all the bolt ons for our cars.
Thanks,
Dan

P.S. - I have Jeff's VB mod.

I HAVE searched, and there are some 4th gen Auto NA cars that have been in the high 14's, but they did not say weather or not they had cali or fed spec, and if they are 95/96 they can upgrade the ECU, I have a 99 so I can't upgrade the ECU.

Bolt ons I plan on getting:
-Install Y that I have
-OBX cat-back
-Frankencar Hybrid
-UDP

With these and the VB mod I curently have, I am wondering if I can break into the 14's? that is my goal. Damn Auto! Eventually I would like to get a tranny swap....OR....buy a 97 Fed spec 5 spd SE Base with fairly low miles, and put my SE-L perforated leather in it. That would be great but unlikely.

With those mods? You're probably still in the mid 15s.

i think all of those will get you in the high 14's with a good launch and depending on where you are located when you race it.

I've run 15.62 with a stock cali spec and could have hit the 15.5 range. Do you think the cali spec is slower or something?

My 99 Cali spec is not slower, but the mods dont do as much because the pre cat is in the header and the Y-pipe does not replace it, therefore, all other Y-pipes will give around 3-5 hp more than for a 99.

Probobly, but it would be quite expensive, and you would probobly have to swap out other parts as well. Not worth the time and money in my book.
