Where are GR-2s available for $207?

I saw in the "suspension Questions Answered thread HERE that GR-2s are supposed to be available SOMEWHERE for $207. Where is this?

I have never seen them that cheap..... the cheapest is at shox.com for about $250 or so

That is what I have found...tirerack is abotu that cheap, too. I just saw it in that thread that I linked to and was wondering where that information came from...
