Normal RPM's for 4th Gen

Can somone tell me what the normal RPM range is for a 4th Gen traveling at 60 - 75mph on a straight, level highway.

When I'm traveling 60- 70mph, my RPM's are sitting @ 2300 - 2500. Is this normal? The reason I ask is because I could have sworn the normal range was under 2000.

Yea, 2000 = 60 mph, 75 = 2500 and 3000 = 90 mph, on an automatic that is.

Mine is at 2600-2800 at 65mph, probably 3100 at 75mph and 3400 at 85mph.
If you car was under 2000 rpms in 5th gear at 60mph with no turbo, you have a problem.
this is for a manual.
