jumpy idle PLEASE HELP !!!

dose anyone know what would cause a car to skip? it skips all the time, not just at idle. it also seems to have lost power. i have a 99 se limited with 77k miles. i just had the plugs and fuel filter changed and the problem just got worse. i don't even know if i should be driving it like this. any information you could give would be appreciated.

You have a misfire most likely related to your coils.

Just get it fixed soon. Don't drive agresively until it's all better. A misfire under load could cause you to throw a rod.
