MAF 300Z Adaptor?

All,

I found this on Ebay:

Here's what else has been stated:
-Made of high quality CNC aluminum.

-Designed to be used on intake system that require the usage of an air flow meter.

-In order to provide maximum air flow and offer an approximately 3-5 horsepower increase, we recommended to use with a 3 Open End Cone Air Filter (to be purchased separately or just add $7.50 towards your final bid).

Apparently it "Gives you 3-5 HP"
